Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for return, items must be:
    • In their original, unused condition
    • Free of scratches, damage, or signs of wear
    • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at service@sheenpearls.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged goods, or defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for unworn items within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
  • If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
  • Customers are responsible for any price difference between the original item and the new item, as well as any shipping costs for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@sheenpearls.com with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund, at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Custom/personalized jewelry
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging
