Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING worldwide on all orders.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 10–18 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 12–22 business days
  • Rest of the world: 14–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or seasonal peaks.

Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3–4 business days.
  • Since our pearl jewelry is carefully inspected and packaged by hand, we take extra time to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • We work with trusted international carriers to ensure your order is handled safely and delivered securely.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor your shipment online.

Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, including street number, apartment/suite number, city, state/province, and postal code.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
  • Customs policies vary widely by country; please check your local import regulations before placing an order.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments

  • In the rare event that your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at service@sheenpearls.com with your order number and photos of the package/items (if applicable).
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., recipient unavailable, no safe drop-off location, address issue), the package may be returned to our warehouse.
  • Customers will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the order. We do not issue refunds for orders returned due to failed delivery attempts.
